(1) The Company's registered capital increase registration to support the capital restructuring; (2) The implementation of the rehabilitation plan without any default; (3) Having EBITDA after aircraft rental according to the specific financial statements for the past 12 months of approximately 40,308 million baht (April 2024 - March 2025), which is significantly higher than the target of 20,000 million baht, and having positive shareholders' equity according to the Company's specific financial statements from the capital restructuring; and (4) The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the appointment of a new board of directors on April 18, 2025. After this, the Company will proceed with requesting permission from relevant regulatory agencies to bring Thai Airways shares back to trade on the Stock Exchange of Thailand again, which is expected to be completed by early August.
